Holiday With Creative Writing

What your activities during this holiday? We have tips to make your holiday extremely fun: develop your creative ideas into writing.

Creative ideas are absolutely needed in writing, whether writing in English, Indonesian or other languages. Teens are always closely with creative ideas. But, how to develop creative ideas into attractive writing? The first point is look your world with your different ways and then bring it to your writing.



This holiday is a good time to develop your creative ideas in writing. Let’s begin with get your different point of writing. It’s easy. Begin with observing the world and storing away images to be recorded later. Write immediately the ideas that come in your mind. Don't let it too long and stale. Just write!

Don't hesitate to share your writing with others. You can share your writing with your friends directly, through your blog, or other media. They will help you to correct your writing and give you advice and viewpoint of them. Be wise to accept any criticism!

Keep be unique! Personal view will shape your written work. Even when you write in response to an assignment, your viewpoint makes the work your own. Build your strong viewpoint with read many "nutritious" books in this holiday.

There are some kind of writing that can be used to develop your creative ideas:

Journals
Journal is a springboard for writers in the future. With writing a journal, you will practice recording events, try out a turn of phrase, jot down new vocabulary and record ideas.

Don't wait to write down descriptions of objects, record conversations and note major events that happen in your life. If cultivated well, it can be a good background for story or essay. There are many things on this holiday that you can write, even things you think are not interesting. Try to see it from your different point view and write!

Poetry
When did you write a poetry for a first time? We’re sure teens love to write poetry. But, how to write a good poetry? A good poetry should describe strong feelings and goes straight to the essence of a situation. Have you done with it?

We have got the tips! Spend your holiday by visit a library and get a book of poems. Then, try imitating some of the rhyme schemes or rhythm patterns. Play around with them until you get a feel for how they work and start to write your best own. Write use a different poetic and ideas to develops your skill!

Short Stories
Short stories is your next step. Grab creative ideas from your daily life, especially this holiday! Watch people and vehicle around you on your travel, make up characters. Imagine what would happen with them, add a problem, solving, and ending you want. Also add some conversation, a little scenery and turn it into a short story.

Usually, short story consist of 2-6 pages. You also can practice with a mini-short story or flash fiction around 200 word. Free your imagination and write your exciting short story!

Essay
Want to talk about things that are important to you? Essay is a kind of writing for it. To write an essay, you can use a range of topic from formal to informal. You can write about your opinion againts of excessive holiday or a serious case like terorists issue. "A Helpless Situation" by Mark Twain, or one of the State of the Union addresses by John Quincy Adams can be your reference to write an objective essay.

Ideally, an essay should present an opportunity for the reader to share something important to you or to gain a more enlightened point of view through reading your writing. This is a challenging task for you.
